Inspired by the theme of wellspring and referencing the Swan and Dolphin — both water creatures — the Swan Reserve greets guests with a rippling, glassy façade accented with panels of turquoise and shades of cyan. The Swan Reserve will be designed to cater to events and large groups. The plans include 21,000 square foot of meeting space on three floors, adding to the Swan and Dolphin’s existing 331,000 square feet available to conventions and corporate clients. Offering shared spaces dynamically designed to transition from day to night, guests can enjoy the hospitality of the signature Mediterranean restaurant, relax in the cabanas by the pool, unwind at an elegant outdoor bar, or take in panoramic views from the rooftop event space.

A new rooftop venue, available for weddings and group events, will offer views of the nightly fireworks at Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Beyond convention space, the hotel will feature a 90-seat restaurant, 50-seat lounge, grab-and-gomarket and an “upscale craft cocktail bar” in the lobby. Taking cues from the adjacent resorts, the Swan Reserve has all the perks of proximity to the Disney experience while offering a serene respite for its amenity-seeking guests. The Swan Reserve is anticipated to be part of the Marriott Autograph Collection.
